Orders are accepted and orders are shipped daily except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays between 10.00 am-17.00 pm.

Prices

The prices listed are the final ones, ie VAT is included. Energeiaki-artas.gr reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to customers. In any case, the customer at the time of receipt of the product ordered will pay the price, which was listed at the time of order.

Shipping products – Shipping costs

Your order is sent to the address you indicated to us during your order with any transport company serving the respective order. The choice of the way is always made by the decision of the company, unless the customer wants a way of sending by his own means, in which case he must contact the company by phone. Delivery is made in a maximum of 5 working days from the shipment of the goods, except for some remote areas of the country where the delivery time reaches up to 6 working days. Delivery time is usually 1 to 3 days.

Shipping costs are 5 € throughout Greece with a transport company of our choice.

The customer can be informed about the delivery day of his order.

During the ordering process, either by phone, the customer can be informed about the exact cost of his order.

The delivery of the products takes place on a floor as long as there is access via elevator and as long as the delivery is served through the company. For bulky items that are shipped through a transport company, delivery takes place at the entrance of the customer’s apartment building or detached house. After telephone communication, the customer can be informed about each case.

In case you wish to receive your product from the headquarters of our company, you are only charged the cost of your product without any charge.

Withdrawal, order cancellation and product returns

Ι. You have the right to return the products you bought, within 14 days from the date you receive them. In this case, you will be charged for the shipping and return costs of the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them along with the legal documents (shipping slip or sales invoice or retail receipt) and the packaging that came with the product. In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within thirty days from the date we receive the products. Items defective or different from your order will be returned at our expense.
II. In cases of return of products, cancellation of orders or on your part refusal to receive the product by the courier company, you are obliged-for tax reasons-to notify us through a responsible statement of n. 1599/1986 the reasons for your return, cancellation or refusal.
In case of refund due to unavailability of the product this can be done within 10 working days.

Returns policy
