Any property that has been constructed either without a building permit or with a building permit, but has made arbitrary additions or changes of use is considered arbitrary.
An arbitrary building to be transferred alive (sale, parental benefit, mortgage, etc.), as well as to issue a license to operate a health interest store or low disturbance laboratory must be included in Law 4178/13.
The properties that are included in the regulation will be given the opportunity to offset up to 50% of the fine for energy improvement works and static reinforcement of the arbitrary.

An autopsy is performed on your property, accurate recording and final calculation of the fine.
Your membership in N. 4178/13, completion of the procedure by the Engineer and, finally, issuance of an Engineer Certificate on the legality of your property.
